JEVOL管理(lǐ)團隊在宜興舉辦了(le)一年一度的(de)團隊建設活動。上周末，我們去了(le)曆史文化(huà)名城(chéng)江蘇宜興，進行了(le)一系列有趣的(de)團隊遊戲以及休閑活動。

宜興是中國最大(dà)的(de)茶葉産區(qū)之一。那裏有近120萬平方米的(de)茶園，被稱爲茶的(de)綠洲。宜興茶已有1800多(duō)年的(de)曆史。洋縣茶、金沙泉、宜興泥茶壺被譽爲“飲茶三好”。這(zhè)次我們去了(le)宜興十大(dà)茶園之一的(de)紅嶺茶園。以群山爲背景的(de)遼闊茶園，雨(yǔ)後雲霧缭繞的(de)墨色山巒，清新的(de)空氣讓我們忘記了(le)城(chéng)市的(de)喧嚣和(hé)繁忙的(de)工作。

“Utensils is the father of tea”, it is important to match good tea with a great tea set. Yixing clay teapot is a unique handmade clay handicraft in China. Its production began in Zhengde period of Ming Dynasty（1506-1521 A.D）, the raw material of the clay teapot, is from Dingshu Town of Yixing. We also experienced handcraft of Yixing clay tea set. Although the time was limited and we can only complete one set of simple tea ware, while that raining morning makes us impressive, as if we were apprentices who are willing to devote their whole lives to achieve the most beautiful objects. In this impetuous society, the spirit of craftsmanship is very valuable, and for our manufacturing practitioners, this spirit is worth learning for life.

Playing team games together was the most fun part of the trip. It helps team members to know more about each other, seeing their humorous side, playing together also let us realize that strength of team can create miracles. We were divided into two teams and had several game competitions. The failed team need to take fitness exercise as punishment, we also need to realized that healthy body is always the root of all happiness.

We are also very serious in completing the game punishment task！！

Of course, barbecue and karaoke are indispensable for the party. Got a lot of chefs and Karaoke masters in our team!!!

Yixing, attracts a lot of poets and artists in the past thousands years, this trip also makes us feel more beauty in our life. Beauty, exist in life, can also be extended to our products and company culture, let’s explore a better world together!
